I work best with adults aged 21-40 who are seeking a collaborative and empowering therapy experience. You might identify in one or more of the following ways:

  • LGBTQIA+, questioning, or part of the queer community, seeking affirming therapy.

  • Introspective, a little nerdy, and enjoy philosophical discussions (you've probably already taken a few personality tests for fun).

My Approach to Therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and always tailored to your unique needs. I blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support your growth:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We’ll work together to untangle thought loops that keep you stuck and build new pathways toward clarity and self-compassion.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Therapy with ACT helps you live by your values, even when life feels hard. We’ll explore what matters most to you and create space for growth.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): Together, we’ll explore your inner world with tenderness and curiosity- welcoming all parts of you, even the ones that feel hard to hold. You’re not broken. You’re complex. Let’s honor that.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and are available virtually for $175 per session.
