I work best with adults aged 21-40 who are seeking a collaborative and empowering therapy experience. You might identify in one or more of the following ways:

My Approach to Individual Therapy
I see therapy as a place to uncover your inner truth- not in a performative, fix-yourself kind of way, but through gentle inquiry into what lights you up, what holds you back, and what you're being called toward. I’ll invite you into deep conversations about what has shaped you, what’s holding you back, and what’s waiting to unfold. We’ll talk about the systems that shaped you, the internal beliefs that have stuck, and what liberation might look like from the inside out. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve been living- and the ones you want to write next.
Therapy with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental, deeply curious, and always tailored to your unique needs. I blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support your growth:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We’ll work together to untangle thought loops that keep you stuck and build new pathways toward clarity and self-compassion.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Therapy with ACT helps you live by your values, even when life feels hard. We’ll explore what matters most to you and create space for growth.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Together, we’ll explore your inner world with tenderness and curiosity- welcoming all parts of you, even the ones that feel hard to hold. You’re not broken. You’re complex. Let’s honor that.
At the heart of it all? Empowerment. I believe that remembering your power is a radical act of healing. Transformation begins when you feel safe enough to tell your truth, trust your voice, and imagine more for yourself.
What to Expect in Therapy

Sessions are ~55 minutes and are available virtually for $175 per session.
